All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once payment has been received, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days.

At present, we ship exclusively within Switzerland—and shipping is free of charge.

Please note that all KARMI bracelets are handcrafted. As we work with natural gemstones, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern may occur. These natural differences are part of the design and make each piece truly unique.

We understand how important it is for gifts to arrive on time. During the Christmas season, we therefore process all orders as quickly and with priority.

For customers located around Lake Zurich, we additionally offer same-day delivery on December 23rd, ensuring your KARMI jewellery arrives in time for Christmas.

Returns & Complaints

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible.

In the event of a defective delivery, the issue must be reported immediately upon receipt. Defective items may be returned within 5 days of delivery. Returns received after this period cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
